Delivery and Postage

LIVE GOODS

All live goods are shipped Monday & Thursday.

All live goods will be shipped via courier for next day delivery before 4pm. If any Items are out of stock we reserve the right to sustitute the item with one of similar value, we will make an effort to contact you notifying of this prior to depatch.

Pre 12 O’clock delivery is available for an additional £8 contact us direct if you require this or a Saturday am delivery this will also incure an additional charge.

Missed Delivery
If you miss the delivery of your corals/inverts/liverock Marine Life cannot be held responsible for the shipment.

Returns
Marine Life cannot accept coral/invert/liverock returns.

Late, Damaged & DOA Orders
Orders arriving late or damaged must have this fact written on the signature slip upon delivery, if this is not done then Marine Life cannot be held responsible for the contents of the package.

Though extremely unlikely if your order is delivered DOA, you must ring us ASAP (0191 2515855) to let us know, you will also be required to provide photographic evidence (corals/inverts/liverock & packing) before replacement is given. Any replacements will be sent with your next order.

DRY GOODS

All dry goods are shipped Monday – Thursday

All dry goods shipped via courier for next day delivery will be received before 7pm.

Late & Damaged Goods
Orders arriving late or damaged must have this fact written on the signature slip upon delivery, if this is not done Marine Life cannot be held responsible for the contents of the package.

Returns
All equipment can be returned provided it has not been used, it is in its original packaging, the equipment and packaging show no signs of damage and it is returned to Marine Life within 5 working days from delivery date.
